Oh WOW! Your bead shed is coming along nicely!! I wish I lived closer so I could help you paint it. We could do a false front with a great Trompe l'Oeil paint technique to simulate a cool gothic architecture and perch a gargoyle at the peak of the roof! It could be your "Bead Dungeon"! Or we could go oriental with lots of red white and black and make paned doors for the front.... or we could hang a cow skull over the entry and do Southwestern.... Can you tell I'm into theme decorating? Anyway...I'm very excited for you!

And your beads are delicious as always!

I like the goth theme best. Nice big gargoyle leering at guests... or would a grotesque work better??? hmmmm... Someone pick me up, we will go paint with wild abandon! Diana

I lost something very important to me in a Shack, once ;-)

Have you had need for it since? If not, it really wasn't *that* important.

Gorgeous beads... I've been religiously visiting your site when you post new stuff is up... and I've been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting.... and waiting some more for you to make your little ZooziKalera Squeeze-Tab beads!! (btw, I LOVE the tiny tab you gifted me with when I got the little black goddess) And your "Metalline Squeeze" beads are to die for! I want them! >feels around in pockets and finds $0.12 and a gum wrapper, then prays to the Bead Gods>

Your shed is gonna be 'Shackalicious' when you're done with it, Kalera! But MAN... that GREEN inside the doors! >puke< Please tell me you'll paint that first! heh...

This is pretty much true, yes. But you can never replace the original:)

I bet you could if you looked on Ebay. You can find anything there. Diana

Nope, I looked. Can't get it there. I can get a T-shirt saying I sold it on eBay, tho.

I just love people who do stuff with wild abandon! LOL!!!

I have a small collection of gargoyles myself, but being the *cat purrrrson" that I am, I'd have to say my cat gargoyles are my favorites. I have one, Cedric, that's a small replica of a gargoyle placed outside a monastery in the 16th century, during the years of the plague in Renaissance Europe. He was a last ditch effort to control the rat infestation, and from the day they placed him there, they never saw another rat. He sits on my plant bridge and leers down at you as you enter the dining room.

Alright you Texan, you! "Yeehaw" is all it took...You got me going now! What's your best redneck saying? And translate if necessary....like... An expression of shock and surprise..."Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit!" or when you feel like someone's been mean to you...."Well knock me down and steal muh teeth!" or when you eat something that really tastes good, you say...."So good it makes me want to slap my grandpappy!" You might be laughing now, but these are the expressions I grew up with! Yes,... sad but true. But at least I'm still the hi-tech redneck of the family!

I am assuming it was something you never get back, once lost...

That would be a correct assumption :) However, the vacant space created by losing that particular thing has been surprisingly useful.

I gotta say here, one of the things Moxley told me when I met him was that he was really attracted to me as an older, wiser woman. ;)

(OK, I'm only a year older... but I am LOTS wiser!)

Since part of that older, wiser package was having ex-husbands and kids, I have never missed the thing that I had lost so very long before. As far as Moxley is concerned, I gave him something incomparably better anyway.
