Margie,

I'm glad they like it!

I really thought guys would like that one. However, I have two like that I bring to craft fairs and they never sell. I don't know why.

BTW, the picture comes up in the left-hand pane, but the main picture appears to be broken for that one on your picturetrail. This seems to be true of other ones in this group too.

Maybe the guys that look are not looking at jewelry for themselves? The first show I did, only a couple of men looked and only one bought something for himself and that was this big polymer clay fish strung on cord that I had for sale. His booth was right next to mine and I think he bought because he made really cool personalized fishing lures! lol

I just checked and it works for me. Did you click on the thumbnails or use the slideshow? I see I forgot to include an URL for the "Let's Hear it for the Boys" necklace. Must do that before I forget.

You won't need it if you use the right bulb. SERIOUSLY. Look at the pics on my website: they were taken using two 42-watt compact fluorescent "daylight" bulbs (5100K color rating) that cost only $12 each. One would work, but I like the extra brightness of two.

I didn't adjust the color balance on my camera at all, nor did I adjust the pics in any way after taking them. They are exactly as taken and uploaded straight from the camera to my site. Those bulbs were about the best $24 I ever spent! Not only that, but Andrew, my assistant, who is a photography neophyte and doesn't know how to adjust settings on my camera, took most of the pics you see in the "Available" sections! I cannot recommend these bulbs highly enough. They completely changed how I do photos: I used to have to wait until I had a chance to take outdoor photos, and at this time of year, I was battling the elements.

Here are pictures galore:

I can direct you to the exact bulb I got, if you're interested.

I personally like the dime approach, but I've heard others say that it detracts from the photo (for them). So I'm torn.
