Harry the Fifth on audio tape for Pete. I have been so anxious to get it so I can talk about the book with Pete.

Stiffed: the Betrayal of the American Man. An excellent book on the changed and diminished richness of the role of men in America, written by feminist Susan Faludi.

AND....... Working With Precious Metal Clay, by Tim McCreight!!! Many project with different sets of techniques. I really expected more of a hand book like his metalsmithing book (bible). Different but also excellent. It has projects, technical tips and information, and ways to make useful tools.

Our instructor told us it was the "bible" for PMC. One of the students also had a book that was new- our instructor was happy to get to check it out. Unfortunately I don't know the author or title (other than it has PMC in the title).

You know, with all the hype, even that might get you to the book. We have of course already begun listening to it. I had read it in 3 days, and was anxious to talk about it with Pete. He doesn't read easily.
