Maybe I put the wrong topic on this? About beads, really!

Helen, I have an idea. How about if you look at one thing at a time, and ask for cheap alternative ways to do these things. Add a bead and we can even make it bead related.

That's pretty much what I do. Get by with very little and am a definate Mistress of Improvising. (you ought to see what I can make do with!) With the whole thing with Ron, the school's refered me to something called FACT. I'm not sure if it's just local so if anyone has heard of it, let me know. I'll take just about any help I can get. Time is the main thing because I get up to get the kids ready and driven to school, stay up most of the day (sadly, mostly at the computer because everytime I try to actually DO something, I have to stop to deal with whatever) (it's hard to do chores and be up to your elbows with cleaning and drop it), attempt to get a nap in while Ron's in afternoon kindergarten and IF I can get the rest to lay down or if someone's here, go clean the laundromat for Grandma after 10pm (only temporary - maybe longer if she doesn't heal right like it looks like - shooting pains down her legs), sometimes do dishes if I feel like it (or I wait and do them in the morning), maybe get a little beading in and am lucky to get to bed by 2am (later if DH is having issues - but that's not every night - just feels like it sometimes) And this is a good day. Wonder why I'm tired? Spend most of the day in a holding pattern because some days I just don't care. BFD (Big fat {or another F word} deal) Got a sign in the kitchen "Nobody notices what I do until I don't do it" I think it fits.

You all take care and if you feel overwhelmed......just remember you're not the only one!
