I have been known to do that, but I meant I read two or three in a day. One at a time (I have this hysterical picture in my mind now of me on the couch with two books open, glancing back and forth between them, LOL). I read one then another then another. Although, Sarajane, I usually have books open all over the house. One is fiction and the rest are spiritual - the kind where you read a little bit one day then go back to it again when you need it.

I just looked--there is reading material in every room of this house, including garage--EXCEPT the bathrooms. You aren't supposed to encourage lingering there, its not good for you! Sarajane

I spent a lot of time in bed last year when I broke my foot and couldn't go out or walk much. At first, after I got used to the pain, it drove me crazy being confined to the house. I didn't even feel like beading since I sell a lot of the designs I make and I knew I wasn't going to be doing a lot of shows for awhile so the idea of making stuff to sell just made me depressed. So, I decided to pull out some of the necklaces I made for myself and just wasn't satisfied with and do them over. For example, I had made a Christmas necklace using two lampworked Christmas tree beads and some venetian glass beads. The necklace was way too heavy for me to wear, so I decided to turn it into two necklaces. I added some vintage crystals, more Bali and some dichroic beads by Paula Radke and used one Christmas tree bead as a centerpiece in each necklace. I gave one to my MIL for Christmas and kept the other one for myself. I wear the shorter, lighter necklace all the time and love it, and my MIL was thrilled with hers as well. I also spend a lot of time online drooling over beads or searching out tutorials or just hanging around rcb or the isgb forum. Lately I've been playing games on aol, trivia mostly. Hope you feel better. Patti
