I had my Upper GI today...(*burp*). The radiology tech was a friend of mine, and he said he didn't see anything (darn..I want an easy Dx!!), but then that was very cursory, and I'm still hoping they find an easily fixed ulcer! I also had blood drawn to check for the antibody to the h.piloris bacterium that causes the ulcers, so I should have some answers in a few days.
I am on some mega-antacids in the meantime, and will appreciate any good energy, vibes, prayers etc. that this condition is remedied! Thanks!
(Oh, and for anyone suffering in silence, afeered of the tests...the Upper GI was a piece of cake. Weird milk they served with it, but a piece of cake nonetheless!)
