OT: Flexible hot/cold packs.

I've lost the original thread that this came up in.

Nexcare seems to have the best price on the flexible hot/cold packs. I got some at Wal-mart for 3.88 I think (Nexcare Reusable ColdHot pack). These come with a cover (which is nice - my 5.00 ones from the chiro don't have a cover). The Nexcare brand seems to be pretty well distributed (I saw them at Target, CVS etc).

A lot of people on the quilting ng make their own hot/cold packs from pouches made of fabric and filled with rice. They seem to work really well. If you need more info I can try to google for instructions for making and using them. Diana
