I have purchased a Honeycomb Scissors Fob kit made by Fern Ridge Collections to make the fob for my embroidery scissors. The directions that came with the kit seem to be lacking. There are no directions for attaching the beaded fringe after doing the beading for the main body. Also, the directions for the peyote beading were difficult for me to understand (having never done any beading before). I did find some instructions for this type of beading which were much easier to understand on a couple of beading Web sites.
Has anyone here done one of these fobs? Did you have this same problem with the instructions? Does anyone have any advice?
I thought I would contact the company but I cannot find an address/web site/phone or fax number.
I am mostly into needlework and usually only post on RCTN. I am almost to the point of trying to find someone to make the thing for me.
