I mailed my bent Ginghers off to Gingher to be repaired. $7.50 is all they charge and includes return shipping. Gingher scissors only!



And...... I went to my LNS's Super Bowl Sunday sale and won a pair of these:

are sharp and just feel right when I use them, hard to explain,but they just have that quality of cut when I trim floss with them andthey are way cheap compared to Ginghers.

I have two pairs of Henckels, that one and another more slim line that I keep for hardanger only. As you say, inexpensive, nice to use and they sharpen very easily.

I got my scissors back form Gingher. 9 days, pretty quick turn-around! Like brand new too.
