Just follow the link in my sig to find the pictures of my very first RAW bracelet. It is made with Peridot, Lt. Rose, Lt. Sapphire, and Opal White Swarovski Crystals, and Lavendar Gilt or Glit (not sure which it is anyway it is gold) lined 11/0 seed beads on the outsides. It is finished with a SS flower toggle. Any feedback is welcome, but plz be gentle as this is my first RAW bracelet.
CRAP! I forgot when I changed my email address, that I could no longer manage this group with my old email address.... I will have to remake it and repost the new link so that you can see my first bracelet.
Lovely colors! And although I haven't been especially fond of toggles, I really do like yours. Most of them are kind of plain but the flowers on yours makes me think twice about them. :-)
Thank you everyone, for the wonderful compliments. I had tried RAW a while back, and couldn't get the hang of it even with instructions. Then the other day, I decided to try it, and VOILA! there it was...the RAW stitch...working for me just like it should...
I am making another one right now with the Mardi Gras colors and an SS heart toggle. I will probably finish that tonight. When I get more Swarovskis, I will attempt a double RAW, but right now I just don't have enough of the same colors for that.
Thanks again for the wonderful compliments on my very first piece of RAW.
Well thank you Kalera. That one is just my first one. Right now I have one in the works with Mardi Gras Colors. Green, purple, yellow, and clear. It is probably about 1/4 to 1/3 done. Maybe I will get to work on it today, but that's doubtful as I have the messiest house in the world to try and clean up...granted it got that messy over the course of 2 years, but still...
I cleaned my kitchen a little yesterday, and I found a white stove top...Imagine that....I have to clean off my table and try to find a home for everything...I have so much stuff in my kitchen, that it doesn't all have a home....I have a brand spanking new bread machine sitting in front of my bakers rack because it doesn't have a home...My kitchen sucks...it is tiny with about 2 feet (if that) of counter space, and 2 cupboards that span above and underneath the counterspace. I say 2, because they aren't seperated by partitions....the cupboards just run together...and the ones on the bottom are no different...And I'm rambling...
Well off to go find something to eat for lunch for myself and Kyle, and then start doing something...God knows I have about 10 million things to do...
Thank you again Kalera for the wonderful compliment.
