BTW, Jewelweaver has some incredible silver pendants in her "new items" section right now. Really lovely and great prices for the quality.

Sigh.........
I googled for you:
The daisy spacers are vermeil.
I didn't find any that weren't vermeil but maybe you could adapt your design, Jerri.
Thanks everyone! I think I can make do with some of the GF I saw. I was wondering about the vermeil daisy beads though. I know vermeil is gold plated silver, right? How does it hold up? I've always avoid plated stuff.
The vermeil I've bought from some dealers has held up very well-- usually costs more than the "cheap" stuff, of course. The Gem Faire dealer I usually get it from charges $1.20/g-- she says it is "double dipped", and it's 22K on Bali silver (she sells the Bali ss for $.90/g-- about 2 to 3 times what the "economy" dealers charge). Usually I only use it for accents, in between beads that keep it from getting rubbed, but I've used clasps and earwires for "family presents" that have lasted years without having the gold rub off. Other Bali vermeil I've seen is so thinly plated that you can see silver on the new beads for sale. There are a few newer Thai beads that are a combo of vermeil and silver-- as a planned design.
