You know, "find" will also work if you can remember a reasonably distinctive word that is in the file. Use the "search for files and folders" "containing text" option. It's gotten me out of many a bind. (Obviously, searching for "beads" wouldn't be helpful in your case, but searching for "peeps" probably would.)
