Thank you Stef. I agree with your assessments, but I have to be careful how I offer my advice (my wife is the web site designer). I do appreciate your comments.

In fact, I sincerely appreciate everyone's participation in all three of my series of questions. I ran across an article on MSN today which noted three important considerations in starting a business: Identifying the customer Learning about the customer Serving the customer

You have all been very generous in helping us put it all together. Thank you, Steve

For me, I'd prefer early hours. My day starts at about 5:30 AM, my "free time" is between 7 AM and ~2PM, except Monday when I work until 5PM. Weekends are family time-- and the only time I have with my husband. From 2 until "dinnertime", I have mom-duties, and after dinner, I'm generally too tired to go out again and don't really like driving at night, anyway.

If I were going to your shop, it probably would be on a Wed or Th morning, soon after opening, or maybe even waiting for you to open. Any classes for me, would have to be short ones-- no more than a couple of hours on any one day, and again, would have to be "early" on a weekday. Kaytee "Simplexities" on
