Semi-AD: Case 00 Bubble Mailers to good DC-area home

I have an unopened case (250) of 00 bubble mailers, self-sealing, that would take more than the rest of my life to use up. Shipping would be a nightmare, so I'm looking to gift it to someone in the DC area.
