worst phishing message I have seen yet

I got another phishing message claiming it was from Paypal. It looked pretty much like the other ones, so nothing much new there, but:

I use mozilla mail, displaying the original html and I always check the URLs under the links. The one in this email starts with

and then comes .us-cgbin-cmd-login-submit.com, which is a registered domain, registered to (almost complete whois listing):
