Looking for a pattern I have seen somewhere

Making squares for exchange for my own use, I recall the pattern for

2007 with the numbers and superimposed over it a champagne glass. Has anyone seen this and if so, can you direct me to it. I am just interested in seeing how it is constructed.

Thanks, Susan C

I have ordered that one. It won't arrive until after February 7, though.

I picked one up at the calendar kiosk in my local mall yesterday. Half price as well.

Susan, It's ironic that you asked about this particular square. I just saw it and was thinking of knitting it for you for the January 6x6. LOL

I haven't been able to find one locally, so I figured if I really wanted it, I should order it.

Thanks to all for the interest in the pattern. I have to say, since I now have 2006 and 2007 knitting and 2007 Crochet that despite being nice easy patterns, there is a problem. If you like loose leaf pages being all over, that is fine, but I don't. I think it would have been more effective if done with some thought to actually being used by serious crafters. I did make the 2007 square. It is just okay. It is intarsia with no explanation for beginners on how to do that, even though the pattern is very much a beginners.

That's my 2 cents and that is that.

And thanks, Stella, for the alternative site. I do appreciate it.

Not to worry, Dennis, I'll be posting my comments. Of course, the first thing is my reaction at not being able to get it locally, so I have to wait weeks for Amazon to ship it. However, that being said, it is probably just as well that I don't have it, as I am too busy to give it a good look yet!
