Does anyone here know where I might be able to get a pattern for one of these dolls? My grandmother used to make them and it seems that everyone but me got one. (These are the big dolls,not the little ones) I'd like to start making these dolls for gifts for Christmas, as well as for myself, and can't find a pattern. My grandmother died last year and I don't think she even had a pattern for the dolls. Thanks in advance! Shelly

By "mammy dolls," I am assuming you mean the "primitive" type dolls? I have never seen them that large, but think that'd be neat! Thanks, now *I* want to make some dolls! LOL

I am near to what is "loving" referred to locally as "Hell, AZ." On a map it is called Pheonix! LOL Hot and sticky today - I am spoiled! Anything above 15% humidity kills me now! LOL I love it here!
