Journal Jar's

Dec 28, 2004 14 Replies

I made one adult JJ for a gift for Christmas and I made two JJ for Kids as gifts. Everyone that I made them for were so very excited about them. I think I will start now making them for birthday gifts for this 2005 year.

How does the jj work Irene. I think I've seen one once, but remind me.

Very neat... I'm glad everyone liked them.

Could you tell me what journal jars are? thanks Linda

I've been waiting for someone to make these and tell me how they came out! Thanks for sharing your experience. I can't wait to make one myself.

I also made 3 adult journal jars (along with a matching comp. book) 2 were for teachers who LOVED the idea, the other was for my sis in law, she also LOVED them, I am with you Irene, these are going to be my birthday gifts for

2005!!! I will post a pic to my webshots later today. Tracy

Sounds great Irene. I'm glad everyone liked them. And easy gifts, too! :-)

What a wonderful idea for teachers gifts!!! I think that is a definite for end of summer gifts now - thank you!!!

I am teaching a workshop on gratitude journaling in the Spring and think perhaps a journal jar for each person at the workshop would be a good idea too!!!

Oooh I'm looking forward to seeing yours too.

Oh I hadn't thought of putting a matching composition book with the journal jar, DUH!!! Now I know what I'll be doing for some little gifts!

Sounds like a great idea.

Would someone be kind and repost the link to the journal jar. I'd like to put it on the project page or somewhere on the website. Thanks!
