Hi Everyone, Just wanted to shout out that we are 11 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child. Although, I had a HUGE SCARE this AM as I started to bleed (3am). I went to my OB/GYN today and he said that I have a Sub-chorionic bleed. Has anyone ever heard of this before???? He said not to worry as 99% of these heal on their own and that I will probably bleed for about 2 weeks. I was Extremely worried as the last pregnancy we miscarried at about 6 weeks. This time I hope that the Good Lord hears my families and friends prayers. We are So EXCITED and HAPPY!! Happy NEW YEARS to all!! God Bless, Dorothy in NY

I had a nasty bleed 4 weeks into my pregnancy, I don't recall if it was a sub-chorionic bleed though. I have a healthy 5 year old child now. I'm sure everything will be alright. The only thing I was told was to rest for
5 days.How exciting Dorothy! Sending prayers your way that your little one stays safe and sound in mama.

Congratulations!!! How exciting. The bleeding must have been very scary though. My sister bled through all her pregnancies for some reason though and has three healthy boys now aged 17, 13 and 3!!!!
Take care, rest up and enjoy your pregnancy - I only have 2 weeks left of mine now!!!

So happy for you Dorothy! Congratulations. A friend of mine also had a scare on the 24th when she started bleeding (she's 6 weeks only). Spend Christmas Eve at emergencies at the hospital, but luckily she's also okay. Sending prayers and warm thoughts your way for a healthy pregnancy
JOh yes Dorothy, I forgot to also say this, my friend was also told to keep quiet for a week or two. :)
JOnly two weeks to go Jane! Good luck, must be very uncomfy now! Luckily its winter your side. Very, very hot this side. I feel so sorry for a few ladies I know (my boss for one) who's due date is also in the coming month. :)
