bridal shower scrapbook

I just finished making my daughter Jessica's bridal shower scrapbook. It is the second album I completed this month. It is a very simple book, also it is the first major project that I used stamps on. If you'd like to see the layouts they are under books, completed.

This album is very nice. Is it 8 1/2 x 11? How long did it take you? I'm getting ready to do a family album for my sister and would like something that goes fast. I like the way you carried the flowers thru on all the pages.

The album is an odd size - about 12"x9". I got it at a closeout store called Ollie's for $2.99. It probably took me about 5-6 hours to make.

Linda your album looks great. May I ask what are some of the things you included in your journalling? It looks a little more than just names of the person/s pictured - although I couldn't quite read it.

I passed out papers for each guest to write some words of advice or comments for the bride to be.

That's really a nice idea :) That got me thinking....I've got lots of School pics which I wondered what to do with. All students wear school uniforms in South Africa and the same colours over and over again, makes it difficult to scrap (boring), however, on our last day of school, we go around all the teachers and friends and ask them to right something in a keepsake book. This will make the layout a lot more interesting to add a persons comment with his picture...lol...can't believe I never thought of this! Thanks Linda!
