I am having problems with my bobbin thread being pulled up to the surface of my designs and i have my upper tension as low as it will go. Any ideas of what i can do? it doesn't seem to matter how much stabilizer i use. i have pe180d Thanks!!!

Tighten the lower tension..........there is a tiny screw on the bobbin shuttle.....turn clockwise about a quarter of a turn and try it.........
I had problems with this, same machine. I switched to NEB prewound bobbins and presto, no more problems.
