Please turn off your caps lock, unless you're using a 1950's teletype machine that has no lower case. It makes text difficult to read.

Unfortunately, you didn't provide ANY information that might let someone help you.

Best guess: Something is either not plugged in or isn't turned on. Second wild-ass-guess: The sewing machine's memory is full.

What kind of sewing machine (EXACT brand and model #)?

What software are you using to try to transfer the data? Does the software require a dongle to operate properly (a small device used to validate that the software is original)?

What kind of connection do you have between the computer and the sewing machine? (For example: A cable supplied with the sewing machine, or some special adapter box or something else; is the cable connected to a serial port, a parallel port, or a usb port?

Thanks Herb..... first time on this google group thing... also I'm very new to this new embrodiery machine. I'm using a Singer Quantum XL-6000, I have installed Sew-Ware Conversion Tool that came with the machine, and I'm using an usb cable that was supplied with the s.m. from my laptop to my machine, the funny thing is, I've transferred an embrodiery design before and it worked fine. This is a brandnew Singer and I'm sure the memory cannot be full??? SouthBay
