It keeps stopping and telling me to chack to see if the thread is cut either on the top or bottom... It isn't... I used the cleaning brush to make sure that there aren't any fibers in the way.. I don't know what else to do! I have only had this machine now for about 2 months!! There is a craft show this weekend that I am going to try to attend , but I need to finish up some of my projects! Any help would be appreciated!!!! Thanks... Marla

My Babylock Ellageo did that a few weeks ago and I took it in for service. The technician said something int he threading had broken and he repaired it but when I got home it started all over again...After a few minutes a large clump of lint worked its way out from the threading route and it has been great ever since. I thought I had cleaned it myself but I apparently was not getting to the problem.
