Can't help with Vista, I would not touch it with a barge pole. I have PSW 2.0a which I run on a Dell laptop running XP Pro Service Pak 3 (and I paid an upgrade-to-downgrade from Vista to get it) with no problems. Why not create another harddrive partition and install XP and PSW there. It's very easy to boot back and forth between partitions.
