I had the same problem with material like that, and what I did, was put some iron on interfacing on the back of the material first, then set up for embroidery with the stabilizer in place, and it looked better. give that a try...Rose
I agree with Rose----I always use the sticky back SIA backer and just lay the shirt on it, and mash it on to the sticky sheet........Holds it just great!!
