I have Simplicity Smart Box design transfer system. I have installed new computer w/WinXP. I get the "can't open comm port" error but the instructions from Simplicity for that problem does not work. When I try to manually load the driver from the CD, I get the message "the CDdoes not contain a better driver than already installed", the trouble is there is no driver installed. HELP!
