I would take 2 pieces of scrap material and sandwich the backing between them. Iron it to set the bond and see which side is stuck to the fabric.

Hi Everyone This will sound strange i guess, but bare with me please.......Awhile ago i bought a backing for designs, that when the design was finished and taken out of the hoop... you could place the design onto the material or garment you were working on by ironing the backing to thedesign ,then iron it on again to the garment..Then you should have a monogram or anything you care to use on the garment .....First of all icant work out which side to use for the back of the design. Then how on earth do i get it on the garment............. If it helps at all i bought it from gs-uk.com and i think its called "Thermofoil" described as "A geat activated film used to attach embroidered items to garment without sewing."
Any help at all will be appreciated.......my brain has got so tired and given up helping me on this one lol!!
Happy Days Angie............
Thank you fro your time out to help me............Isn't it strange how the little things, can be the hardest to work out...( for me anyway )
Happy Days
Angie............
