Cutting strips...

OK...everybody knows how to cut straight line parallel strips.

How do you cut multiple circular strips, i.e., in a quarter circle, a 1/2" strip with parallel edges?

Repetitively, using a circle cutter, that is? With as little waste as possible? Uniform width and radii?

Glassmaster used to use a hand powered old Bilko repetitive cutting jig. A lexan template was cut over sized so that the bearing on the cutting head could run on the inside of the template. A glass strip was cut about 1" wider then the 1/4 circle arch, about 3' long. The glass was run on a straight edge through the Bliko. Dozens of 1/4 circles were scored and then snapped off, one after the other.

You maight be able to get a Cuttermate tool to do this>
