Does anyone know where to get Borosilicate glass tubes about 1 1/2 '' in diameter without having to buy a boatload? The length is not so important as I can cut them to what I need. Thank You, Sharon

How much is a boatload? How many do you want? How long do you want them? Are you stuck on the 1 1/2"? What about 50 mm?
I would imagine she wants them for a long time. She's probably going to make something out of them.

There may be outlets in other countries too. I get tubing through them from Japan. Lengths are generally 1500mm, I get around the biggest diameters though. Re cutting, please let me know if you are having any trouble cutting and grinding, I have found the need to anneal after I have them hot lamp / cool cut on a diamond score, before they are ground.
Hyuk, hyuk, hyuk That was a joke?!? C'mon Jack... I must admit to walking right into that one.....
S'cuse me, I meant what length do you require in the glass tubing you seek?
Sorry, just couldn't pass that one up.
Where are you located? I have a quantity of boro tube on hand.

OK Olenkotona, thats great, but in this town of 12,000 , I AM the guy in the book, now what? Its nice to buy local when you can, but be realistic, not everyone lives in a metropolis and what the heck, I can use the biz.
What would Superman be needing with borosilicate tubes, anyway? ;>)
Little bitty Kryptonite covers?
Which one, Turku or Tampere?
-lauri, who lives near Turku
