These are small fiber abrasive wheels 1" in dia, by 1/8" thick, with a 1/8" mandrel hole. I use them to grind out the old putty in lead came when doing a repair. I just mount them on a Dremel mandrel and it does a really good job of cleaning out the channels. These wheels come in coarse, medium, and fine textures. I suspect they could be used (wet) to prepolish a small scratch out of some plate glass, followed by the usual cerium polish.
