How willing would YOU be to stop what you are doing in your everyday business and make a video tape of some technique and send it off to someone you don't even know? Teaching them something so they can compete with you? AND, FOR FREE? Get real, man.

You are acting like somehow you are OWED this tape, as if you had paid for it and it didn't come. As I understand it, the tape was offered from the goodness of somebody's heart, a favor. Frankly, I'm tired of hearing about it.

After all the squawking and complaining you've done, if it were me, you'd never get a tape.
