He didn't mention glass at all (unless you consider "more" as a category for glassware. I don't even know if one COULD engrave glass with a laser?

The point of ads being allowed to this group is IF they are selling a PRODUCT or SUPPLY that glass artisans actually would use. Not a competitive service. And he would be "competing" with several folks on this newsgroup who offer sandcarving and etching of glassware. 'Kay?
