Just wanted to let y'all know that I'm still around. It has been a hectic few months at school. I was given some really difficult children to deal with this year. I'm also tutoring 5 other students at least twice a week. On top of all that, my stepson is on the high school basketball team at the private school where I teach, which means he has practice until 6:00 3 times a week and games the other two. Sometimes, I feel like I never leave the school! Needless to say, I can't wait for the Christmas holidays!!!!!!
The only good thing is that since I now have 5 children to tutor, it is helping my financial situation so much that my husband will be able to quit his second job (a sour spot since I NEVER get to see him)!!! All I can do is thank God for blessing us this way.
I had wanted to sign up for the Secret Santa since I had such a good time with it last year, but that was before my enhanced financial situation. Now, I'm very jealous reading y'all's post about it ((POUTS)). Anyway, I know that those participating are enjoying it and I will make sure I jump in there next year!
