I've uploaded some video of one of the worlds more unique hot glass blowers in action, Kent LeGrand of Redgate Glass in the Margaret River district of the south west of Western Australia

Unique in what way? Blowing with an arm in a sling?

This is one of the worlds unique blowers.

They're all unique in their own particular ways.

And it's not just an arm in a sling either - that's the remnants of the arm Kent keeps about for spare parts after a fairly serious car vs motorcycle accident some years back that left him with a single functioning left arm after some years as a two armed, right hand dominant artisan.

He does some fairly large exhibition / studio pieces with a single arm and leg ( gotta leave the other to balance on, I guess ) and minimal existence.

Forget the glass blowing actually, just watching him assemble furnaces and tools with a 15 inch angle grinder single handed is worrisome enough.

s/ existence / assistance / .. dammit !!
