  1. Start and finish and frame Flower Power
  2. Visit every RCTN'r I can - where in the world it takes me.
  3. Visit my friend Tammie in the wilds of Ontario
  4. Learn stump work and drawn thread work

5.Go on a tour of Scotland - specifically the distilleries and the gardens. (Yes Bruce, I'll come see you too)
  1. One week just seeing the V&A in London and finally seeing the Crown Jewels (yes - I know they're at the Tower)

7.I want to see the Grand Canyon and the Great Barrier Reef and see a corpse flower in bloom (go look it up and recall I'm a gardener) but not in the wild

You'd be sure of a warm welcome on Stronsay. But remember you have to get to mainland Orkney first then take a ferry (2 hours each way) or a flight (10 mins each way) to Stronsay. If necessary we can put you up for the night, plenty of spare bedrooms! There's a nice LNS near the Big Tree in Kirkwall - very small and packed with stock - and another shop that specialises in knitting wool.

Whatk, exactly is a "bucket list"?

To Do list before you croak.

Actually, I saw the movie...and it was very entertaining.

Even I saw it - well on DVD. Sometimes movies come up that my daughter recommends and says I will like, so I trust her. I enjoyed that and I think at the same point one called Pans Labyrinth, violent but very poignant.

Obviously I didn't go to a movie theater.

I think the last time I went was to take my grandson to Tarzan. He was

8, and spent a week with us.

He is now 20 tomorrow, and a Junior at Penn State in Erie PA. Where in hell has time gone????

Things you want to do before you "kick the bucket"

Ah, now that makes sense. Thanx.

OMG - are you me in another life?

Flower Power is about 1/3 done (and has been that way for at least five years). I'm doing it on hand-dyed linen in silks.

Great idea

Hey - I'm in the 'not so wilds of Ontario - you could do a double

Working on both

Oh, yes - I missed going the year my brother was working as an exchange teacher at Gordonston

Done that, would love to do it again

If you are going to do the Canyon, try to get to the north rim - a lot less crowded and gorgeous
