I washed the piece with the metallics, but found a few spots that aren't quite clean. I used Orvus to wash it.
Should I try
A longer soak in the Orvus? Use a little more Orvus?
Try some other cleaner?

A bit more Orvus. Even putting it on the spots straight, or only slightly dilute. And a longer soak. When I'm completely finished with a piece, I frequently soak them overnight.

That is what I ended up doing. I'll rinse it again later and see if the spots is gone.
If it is, I'll lightly iron it and do the beading and add my initials, DD's name and the date! Maybe it will be done soon! Cheryl
