Hi Gang!
I guess everyone has witnessed the tremendous drop in postings in this group and other groups.
Not too long ago I used to download between 400 and 500 posts a day.
I didn't read or respond to all the posts but they were at my ISP for the asking.
These days I'm lucky if there are 50 to 80 posts a day. The groups are still there but the chatter is gone.
I don't think people spending their time on witter, twitter, facebook, etc is the problem!
I think there is something else that has gone haywire!!!
We are still trying to do the all things in our everyday lives that we have always done but we are coming up short.
I know that I am.
I haven't added a whole lot of new tasks to my schedule so I started wondering what was going wrong.
I know I haven't slowed down so following has to be the answer!!!!
....and if you think that global warming was an issue you ain't see nothing yet - this is even worse!!
Since my daily tasks and hours to do them have stayed pretty well the same the only other explanation is that something/someone in our universe has manipulated the way we sense/tell time!!
We think that we still have 24 hours in a day in which to live our lives but it is a falsehood.
We only have about 18 hours. Somebody made off with the rest.
The darn clocks still show that there is 24 hours to a day but they are running slow!!
That has to be mind boggling!!
Whatever/whoever loused up the time was so thorough that the atomic clocks appear to be running slow as well.
Who would ever have thought that we would only have 18 hours of actual time in a 24 hour period.
Here we have our planet making a complete rotation every 18 hours but the clocks are indicating that it took 24.
I suspect that it is going to take a while before technology catches up with the phenomena and someone produces a clock that registers a true 18 hours or so instead of the old 24.
Geeesh - Where, oh where has my stitching time gone???
