Who did the embroidery? The animation doesn't look totally computer driven; did they cut it up and do stop action photography?

If you don't have craftgosspi.com on your favorites, you need to - of course, it's very dangerous as it always leads to one place and then another - how do these people have time to stitch AND blog?
