Floss in JCA/Elsa Williams kit

Does anyone have the Elsa Williams / JCA kit The Yellow Ribbon? It is a picture of a Rose on a white dollie with a black background. I need one 6 thread strand on color Light Gold (D) to finish my picture. My last few strands of that color disappeared. I would greatly appreciate the help.
I have tried to find the phone number of JCA but have failed to find it.
