Does anyone know of a recipe for a chocolate cake made only with chocolate and eggs? I saw one recently, and thought I had it, but can't find it anywhere.
I need to make it for a group containing someone who is allergic to wheat and sugar!

It sounds very good, but for this purpose I need it to be sugar-free as well. I have often converted recipes to use maize flour instead of wheat, (maize flour is cheap and easy to get here, which is not true of the many other substitutes recommended.)
Finding that someone is allergic to sugar as well really flummoxes me! I know there are other sugars - I'm amazed at how many are mentioned in recipes, but for me they're either too expensive or unobtainable. Most recipes with sugar don't appear likely to work with artificial sugars, because of the methods of preparation.
Thanks for the suggestion. This week we'll just go with the cheese wafers I've made. Maybe by next week the other recipe will have turned up!
