Like the linen or variations boxes, do you keep the box intact or do you use them or store them differently?

The linens are in a separate plastic baggie, but still wound in skeins. I didn't bother to put them back in the box after I used some of them.
The color variations I want to purchase the next time I'm somewhere that will accept a coupon. On my last visit to Michaels they didn't have them, but I'm hoping they get them in soon.
Depending on how they're boxed, I imagine I will do the same thing.
