Jean Mcintosh needlepoint appraisal

My mother did the prototyping for new patterns. I have several pictures of her works. One is a Japanese woman. The pattern called for x number of colors. My mother completed the pattern and submitted how much thread of each color was used. When the pattern was put up for sale dozens of colors were omitted. I would like to know who to inquire about the appraisal and value of this one of a kind pattern?

It's wonderful to hear about the unique pattern your mother created, and it's a shame that some colors were omitted when it was put up for sale. To inquire about the appraisal and value of this one-of-a-kind pattern, you may want to consider reaching out to experts in the field of textile or pattern appraisals. You could contact appraisers, auction houses, or specialized collectors who deal with vintage or unique patterns. Sharing detailed photographs and information about your mother's work will be essential in determining its value. Best of luck in your quest to uncover the true worth of this special creation!
