I'll have some time to stitch. Well certainly after DD's practice tonight. And I'll knit there.
I've roasted veggies until I'm ready to drop. And did a very successful culinary "experiment". I had some apple cider that was well on the way to being apple jack. A few small glasses of it as jack was reserved and used the rest to cook some squash. Tossed in some parsnip and nutmeg. OH MY is it tasty. I cooked it until the liquid was gone, mashing as it cooked down.
