not OT, question for those who are multi-crafters

Mine's the short cut to use up the left over rice. Makes a fun change for lunch!

Guess what I bought this morning. A big bag of brussel sprouts. I haven't had them for months but something (I can't imagine what it was) urged me to buy them. lol

Next time I cook some, I will. And of course, then both DH and Puckster can be the additional taste testers. Last night - fresh green beans - not quite the tiny haricots verts - but close - the dog ate a ton of them.. Ah, well .

LOLOL! You`re going to have a very anti-social dog!!! My daughter had a bloodhound who loved sprouts, but everyone suffered for hours afterwards. Mind you, bloodhounds are notorious for excessive wind - they get "bloat" like sheep, sometimes. With their sense of smell they must suffer doubly!

LOL - fortunately the boy doesn't seem to get very gassy. But, the occasional stink-a-roo does happen. Keeping him away from cabbage and the sprouts. DH always makes a joke about one of the National Lampoon movies in which they fed the dog "hormel chili" - man, is that a scarey thought.
