arrived today. Halfway around the world in 7 days. The kits are complete with everything INCLUDING the needle. Some of them are even GOLD needles!The kits are from different companies. One of them, the floss feels a little stiff/coarse; however, it's blackwork and I didn't investigate closely whether it's floss-floss or whether it's a very fine pearl cotton that's supposed to feel a little coarse. Another, I'd bet that the floss is Anchor, from the feel. The fabric in all of them does appear to be quite sufficient for the project size (as opposed to a certain American company which gave you fabric a scant inch larger than the stitching).
So far, I'm impressed. When I actually start working on them, I will let you know more.
