OT: Dark Chocolate brownies

Here's a great recipe for brownies

The cocoa and espresso powder are available at either Penzys Spices or King Arthur Flour

oven: 350F pan: 8" x8"

2/3 Cup Double-Dutch Dark Cocoa 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup Confectioners sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup flour 1 tsp espresso powder (intensifies the chocolate flavor) 3 lg eggs + 2 tbsp water or 3 jumbo eggs 1/2 oil

optional:

1 cup chopped nuts 1 cup chocolate chips

mix all ingerdients well. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, let cool 1 hour before cutting (or it all falls apart)
