poor service at St.Louis LNS

Sep 15, 2005 0 Replies

Hi,

I've never felt strongly enough about an LNS to post a complaint, but I've finding that the owner and staff of Threadquarters in the St.Louis Missouri suburb of Creve Coeur (sorry if this is spelled wrong) can't be trusted with my needlework. I spoke to the owner last Thursday, a week ago today, and she said she would mail my piece on Friday. Didn't happen. In fact, it didn't leave the shop until Tuesday. She didn't call to alert me and when I called today, made excuse after excuse, no doubt legitimate but still, a phone call would have told me not to expect the package until later. What is awful is that this is the second time this has happened. The first time, her employees told me repeatedly that it had been sent, when in fact it was sitting in the shop. So, I can't trust them with my finishing, and thought you all might like to know, too.
