I helped set up the bake table at a church bazaar on Saturday, and was impressed to see that most baking contributors added at least one recipe card for reference, so that people could check out the ingredients before buying. Many things were labelled "no nuts" and several were gluten-free. There was absolutely nothing unlabelled--no mystery loaves. I think people are becoming much more allergy conscious since all the publicity about not sending nut products to schools.
