I haven't got six emails from you. I got two copies of the apology email on two days in August, but nothing since then, and nothing ended up in the junk folder either.

That is very strange, as I only sent the apology once... and have emailed you five times since that time, including tonight, right after posting this. Noreen

Sorry, didn't get them, but I got the apology on two separate days, two different subject lines. Maybe you sent the others to the old address, it changed in about May or June or so.
