I've ordered boxes from Nordic Needle and been very happy with them.
We found some great poured lacquer boxes from a company when we were at TNNA, and some wooden boxes - besides Sudberry. I don't want to advertize - but if you send an e-mail to the shop where I teach - the owner might be able to help you out.
